Our Dorm Room (share with up to 6others is intentionally designed to give everyone their own space as well as shared areas to foster connections. A long bench is provided on the terrace for anyone looking to read or enjoy the view of Swasti's organic garden. Each guest will have their own bed with mosquito net. The room is air-conditioned with a shared bathroom.

REFUND POLICY *

LESS THAN 90 DAYS FROM RETREAT COMMENCEMENT:
We have a strict no refund policy if the cancellation is less than 90 days from the retreat commencement.

• In the case of extreme illness or injury less than 50 days from the retreat commencement, the participant may apply to transfer their fees to a future offering minus initial deposit of $961 (a doctor's certificate will need to be provided for this).
• If you are canceling within this window of time and you find someone to fill your space you will be entitled to a partial refund, minus administration and transfer fees ($900).
• Due to this being an overseas retreat we have allocated a larger “non-refundable” window to protect the financial integrity of our institution. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur and are doing our best to be understanding and hospitable to these events if they take place outside of the “no refund window.”

90 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE RETREAT COMMENCEMENT:
A 50% refund of all monies paid up to cancellation date, inclusive of initial deposit of $900, will be issued for cancellations before the 90 day window. Eg, if a participant is to cancel 51 days before the retreat they will be entitled to this partial refund.

INITIAL DEPOSIT:
Under no circumstance will the initial $961 deposit be refunded. (relevant to those who have not paid in full and are canceling before balancing their account).

EVENT ORGANIZER CANCELLATION:
In the unlikely event that the event organiser cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants would receive a full refund within three months of cancelation.
